My private office is located in the 1100 Trancas Street Office Complex,  just west of the Queen of the Valley campus; Suite 204 in the North Annex. 

 I have maintained a working relationship with Queen of the Valley Medical Center and commonly refer patients there for necessary diagnostics and treatment.  This includes the relatively new Wellness Center located on the regular campus.
